Mid Council leaders will integrate foundational values with the practice of faith and ministry. Congregational leaders, particularly ruling elders and deacons, will experience practices to connect faith to everyday life. Nourish: Short episodes for ruling elders and deacons. An openness to being reformed and hearing from the fullness of the diverse as well as the minority voices within the church's membership and creating space for dialogue and discernment aligns with a stated value of the General Assembly and who we strive to be as PCUSA Presbyterians - that "the gathered church will reflect the transforming love of God, enabling us to discern God’s will together."
